No Refund and Worst Car Rental Service !

I rented a car and returned it with no damages on the 17th August 2019. REF: # RA *** I followed up numerous times with the OR Tambo branch with no luck, when i eventually got hold of the lady by the name of Fatima who was supposedly working on my refund she said she will get back to me and never did. Its now 19 days I have not received my R6000 deposit refund. They are unprofessional and the worst car rental i have ever used.
