No Refund after rental with Thrifty

I have rented a vehicle at the Cape Town International Airport on the 24th of January 2022 and returned the vehicle on the 29th of the same month. I was charged R2000 for the deposit and have been trying to get my deposit returned ever since. Today is already the 14th of February and after providing proof of the funds being taken out of my credit card, I still have no joy in getting things resolved. I was informed that Abdul Malik Peterson would call me from the Cape Town Branch but her never had the decency to do so or anyone from thrifty to advise me on my refund. My car rental statement reflect no charges so why wont they refund my deposit?
