No proper feedback
I hired a car from Thrifty and the car was returned on Tuesday 27th October 2015. When the car was returned it was on full tank and my holdind deposit was returned. On friday the 30th Octber I had a nasty surprise of finding two amounts of R307.55 deducted from my account without any notice from Thrifty. I then called the Airport branch and they couldn't explain at that time what I was billed for and was promised to be called back. After two hours with no feedback, I had to contact the branch and was told my query has been escalated to the admin manager and I should wait for the call. I then had to contact the branch AGAIN after not receiving any calls from them and I spoke to Anthon who is the manager and he told me the amount was for fuel and when I told him I did feel up the vehicle before I dropped it off, he told me he will investigate and get abck to me before end of day. It is now 3 days after I am still waiting for someone to call me regarding this query and refund me my money.<br> Thifty has inconvenienced me too much and they are not bothered with that. They are just happy that they have their vehicle back
