No Deposit Refund
I rented a car from Dollar Thrifty on 16 December and returned it on 19 December and today is 31 December and i have not received my deposit..when i call the Cape Town Office they told me it would take 7 working days for money to be in my account. The Thrifty staff can lie without feeling ashamed i really need my money. My kids had a bad christmas because of R6000 deposit that is at Dollar Thrifty.
