No Deposit Payment - **** & Inept Customer Service!

I rented a vehicle from the 9 - 12 March 2022. The deposit of R6000.00 was supposed to be paid back into my credit card between 1 - 14 days after the vehicle is returned - latest dates would be the 26 March 2022. The date of when this review was written is the 28 March 2022 @ 12h50 and no deposit has been paid!!!

This completely unacceptable and ****ty customer service from a car rental company. I am highly disappointed in Thrifty and demand my money back into my account with immediate effect or this matter will be taken further. And I add a strong suggestion to hire new staff in their holding deposits department to be more efficient and not drive the brand to ruin as they are loosing market share at a tremendous rate.

Finally, my network of local and international delegates are aware of this case.

I request the refund of my deposit money asap as your incompetence is nothing short of unspeakable!
