No depist an taking money afterwards from our accounts without our permission and reason

We rented a car in Cape town to use while on holiday.

i paid the car rental where my wife paid the deposit.

We are almost on 2 weeks and no deposit was paid back to us also also after we were back home another 150 was taken from my account from them for what knows why and also another 400 from my wifes account.

i want to know for what was those funds taken without our permission and also when our 6000 deposit will be paid back
