No customer service and advertising cars they don't have.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to hire cars at Thrifty Car Rental, the biggest mistake in Life. Thrifty Car Rental the way you treat your customers is actually disturbing. what kind of customer service is this? you don't know how to communicate with clients? I need my money ASAP . On the 22 July 2021 i made a booking for MB Vito to collect on the 3rd September 2021. On my arrival the car was not there and i had to down grade which spoiled my whole trip .To make matters worse is when i request for a new quote, they sent me to different places wasting my time and airtime now .Today i spoke to a very rude and impatient lady who even hanged up a phone on me . The other thing is i am also waiting for my deposit as well. That was the first time renting a car with them and definitely the last time .
