No communication & no refund over a month later

Worst customer service!

Rented a car from Thrify car rental in O R Tambo.

Car was dropped off on the 14th of Jan 2022.

Anyways, Refund process is supposed to take 10 days max according to them.

They proceed to send me email saying they couldn’t refund back to my Credit card. I need to fill in paperwork and send back for them to refund into my Debit card.

Anyways, every day there after we have had an excuse , they claim to have refunded it to my Credit card on the 31st of Jan (doesn’t make sense since they said it wasn’t working) - I have then emailed my credit card statement to them to prove that I haven’t received payment.

Every single time I call , I speak to someone new.

Anyways another two weeks, we still waiting a refund.

I’ve emailed them, I’ve spoken to countless people.

No communication from their side, doesn’t matter how they promise to call back, they NEVER do. NEVER respond to emails.

Such BAD customer service and communication.

-4 days after posting this on Facebook, I’ve called 5 more times, promised they would call by end of day- everyday that I’ve called. Still no communication from them.
