No Car Check for Lights

To whom it concerns I booked a vehicle for the 26/022018 dropped on the 28/02/2018 Port Elizabeth to Nelspruit , Rental Agreement No. ********** Reservation No. ********** Long story short No rear lights worked on the vehicle Brake or Tail as I only discovered this at 21H00 and was driving the next day while still dark this caused a lot of stress and anger as this was ticked as checked on the delivery form but obviously was not done , causing me 3 hours of searching petrol stations for someone who had that size fuse as my cars use the normal size . this is truly bad service and very unacceptable as was I involved in an accident due to no rear lights or brake lights working who would have taken the blame?????? I and my family have rented from you plenty of times and this is not very good service lives could be lost. I await an answer otherwise this goes to HELLO PETER
