No assistance getting refund

I am being sent from pillar to post when i call in to your call centre to follow up on my refund for a cancellation of a booking that was cancelled on the 26th of November. I have called multiple times only to be transferred to 5 people who then tell me that Cancellations is busy. I was told they would eventually call me back, am still waiting.
