No answer from Thrifty King Shaka

Can someone please tell me how long does one have to hold to speak to accounts department at Thrifty King Shaka airport. I have been holding for 15 minutes on the line and its not the first time. What is really annoying is if you select option number one which is for reservations there is no issue there for obvious reasons......they are quick to answer for new reservations. This is ridiculous, unprofessional and unfair, i hired a car on the 7th of August this year and everything was paid. I just got debited again R3600, is Thrifty a **** or what???????
