Nightmare experince altogether, 7days later one has to follow up with deposit

After hiring a car 6days before my date of travel(10 Mar 21). I would not recommend their services to anyone. A nightmare Telephone lines are not answered, you are told you are number 1 then call not answered then call answered. I am calling using my using which will not be refunded by them, you are on a queue that is never answered or assisted by any consultant. If you are through there you tell your story to someone at head office, who then transfers you to OR Tambo, if you are lucky you go through unlike me, you are back again on queue from position 4 to 1 then no answer your is ended after having to wait for more than 20mins I HAD TO CALL DURBAN OFFICES TO GIVE ME THE HEAD OFFICE SO SOMEONE COULD ASSIST< HOW PATHETIC IS THAT> Follow up a deposit held from the date of hiring car 7 days later having returned their car in the same state l took and my money was no refund. WHY? l have no idea. *Refund process should be seamless, the same way l paid should be the same way l get my money back. They do not even deserve 1 star. I will not recommend their services to anyone
