Never setting foot here. Poor service

I booked a car for rental at 8:50 in the morning on the 13 December 2019 at Thrifty Car rentals at the durban branch. I was told that they are out of vehicles and I should wait for an hours as they will send a driver to collect the vehicle from the king shaka airport. It's now 12:17 and I'm still waiting for the car. The service here is poor. People that came before me have long left with their vehicle. I am disappointed with the service.
