Never make the mistake of using this ****y company

These greedy ********** debited my credit card without my approval/authorization. The debit order of R25842.11 went of on the 11th of this month (July 2020)

I hired a car with them in December 2019 I was unfortunately involved in a car accident( which was not my fault, I have videos and accident case number to prove that)

January this year they took statement and everything and charged me R2800 above the R2000 deposit they held when I took the car ( bringing it to about R4800 all together for the damages in the car)

A lady called Debbie was handling my case She was meant to wrap up everything then I pay them the balance I owe them for repairs(R2800) no one ever contacted me since January, they never answer their phone***) they don't respond to emails so no communication what' so ever till now... Then the famous, award winning, disrespectful ******* THEMBISA CONSTANCE BEKEZULU (Kempton park branch) along with REDAA SAMAAI sends me an email saying they'll be debiting R281 from my card then literally 5min later it's R25842.11 ( I'm puzzled where all these amounts are coming from) The debit goes off indeed from my credit card. When I email her she tells me they as a company do not have insurance on their cars and that I gave them a 'RIGHT' to debing whatever amount they want the moment I signed their T's and C's, that she DOESN'T need authorisation from me to do so. Even the manager at Lanseria airport CHRIS couldn't even give me a decent explanation why this Thembisa girl ****med me. Because they simply don't care.

What nonsense is this...y'all have no respect for people and deserve all the worst things that can possibly happen to a person. I want my money.
