Never hire from Thrifty….

Appalling appalling … don’t rent. Prebooked for arrival time of flight. At the airport stand -arrive take details take deposit off the credit card now wait for the car to come from a depot somewhere. Not car we prebooked. Just need to wait an HOUR. Dishonest. No customer service - would rate as a half if I could.
