Terrible experience, I returned the car back on the 16th of December and from that day there was no communication from their side until I had to call and find out about the deposit. Which they deposited on the 5th of January and to the wrong account number and I found that out because of my constant check ups and nothing from their side. When I call now and explain the situation everyone says they’ll call back, but no one ever does and when I ask to talk to a manager they put me through to a line where no one answers. I’ve called ample times and wasted so much of my energy and airtime. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’ll never ever hire a car with them.
