Never Again Thrifty, Just Give Back My Money!

This has got to be the worst service I have ever encountered! I have been struggling to get a refund on an incorrectly invoiced deposit amount. I initially queried this with head office, who confirmed the discrepancy and proceeded to process an application for a refund. It has been 4 weeks with no results or money back into my account. I have tried calling customer service, where firstly, I'm forced to hold on the phone for over 20 min, there after i'm taken from pillar to post because either i'm being put through the wrong department or the person is not available (even the assistant is not available to assist).

It's been a month trying to resolve this issue. I just need to get my money back PLEASE!!!

Lastly, this was and will be the last time I use this rental company, and I advise anyone else to not bother with them. The lack of accountability and care for their customers is appalling.
