My funds not reversed

I booked a car and was reserved 6000 on the 24 of February then iwas told that the money will b back in my account after 3 day i wait after a week i phoned but the lady ddnt even apologise and said its 7 day i waited after 10 days i called but the kept me waiting as if dnt use air time until now the money is not in my account STUPID COMPANY EVER
