My Deposit Still not refunded

I have had couple of bad service experience with this company. On the 15th October i rented a car and returned it on the 18th October. When i ask for my R4000 rental deposit, the branch notified me that my deposit was banked. Till to date i have not received my deposit. They use the money that does not belong to them to incorrectly bank it. When you ask for refund, you are told endless and useless stories. Not that the car has been damaged or anything. They keep the money just to incorrectly balance their books and reflect "income" which later they have to refund. I must say their practice is pathetic and frustrating customers for no reason. You rent a car with this company, they keep changing their process now and again
