MOST APPALING SERVISE

I am appalled by the service I received from this company, I hired a vehicle from the 24 Dec 2020 and returned it on the 05 Jan 2021 and I have not received the deposit back yet. This company's policy says the deposit returns within 7 days and today is day 15 and no money in my account. I have spoken to numerous consultant who say different things the last consultant I spoke to was Mellisa who advised that I would receive he money by today. I am disgusted and would never refer any of my friends and family, frankly I think this company should be closed as they are ********** I expect the money in my account by tomorrow morning or I will be taking legal action against the company.
