Money not refunded after two weeks of calling and being told that it takes about 6 days for refund

<p>On the 29th of October this year i booked for a vehicle which i also payed for reservation on the same day.The car was booked for the Durban branch for the 24th to the 27th of December by me...transaction also took place on my account which i also have proof of..now late November i called to cancel my booking and was told to wait for a period of 6 days and after waiting still had no money into my account.So about two weeks ago i called and was told to wait again for 6 days nd still no money in my account.Again last week i called spoke to Tanya hodgkiss and a lady called Annalize and was told that they cannot see any payment.i forwarded an email with proof of the booking which was made by me and again was told to wait for another 6 days after making several calls being passed over from one consultant bck to another...and now this ****es me off </p>
