Money debited not refund

On the 08/02/2021 @ 08h38 Thrifty debited my account with R594.91 for a car which was hired for 3 days and I was supposed to collect the car at OR Tambo, 12h00. A further R174.50 was debited from my account. I was there before 12h00, I was supposed to pay a deposit of R9500 as my card was a debit card so it rejected as I have exceeded my limit. I then request the Consultant to cancel the whole transaction. I DID NOT TAKE THE CAR AS THE DEAL WAS CANCELLED THERE AND THERE. THEY PROMISED TO REFUND ME. Up until today no one has called me, no refund was received, I tried to get my bank to reverse the funds which is taking forever..... I'm so disappointed, I even advised my friends and family not to use their services at ALL. They are *****
