Missing Phone_thrifty Bloemfontein

I recently rented a vehicle from the Bloemfontein branch, yes I know am primarily the one who should be responsible for my belonging, unfortunately when i dropped off the vehicle on Saturday, it was late and the branch was already closed I therefore opted to leave the car there and drop the key off at the key drop off safe after dropping off the key i realize that i have left my cellphone in the rental, Assume that as a curtercy that they would hold my belonging, I call the next day and get told that there is no phone in the car, whilst i know for a fact that the phone was left in the car. I guess not all rental agencies are as honest as Avis
