MAGICALLY COMPRESSING 4.33 LITERS OF FUEL TO FIT INTO A FULLY REFUELED UP TO CAPACITY, PETROL TANK

<p>I write this to warn other consumers as I believe Thrifty has acted unfair against me.</p> <p>In short, they are charging me for over-filling an already refueled car (plus levy), despite that I have had the car fully refuelled at the Sky-Top Garage at their drop-off.</p> <p>Proof and pictures were provided but they claim that the Petrol-Attendant must have caused an airlock and that the tank was not filled up to its capacity.</p> <p>And exactly there is where they shoot themselves in the foot, we all know that Manufacturers design and specify a car with a fuel-tank with certain capacity, which is consider safe and recomended and also less volume than what you could maximum fill the tank with..</p> <p>We all also know that should you want to (for reasons Thrifty only can answer) then you could fill any voids exceeding the stated capacity of the tank, up the down-pipe and over the brim...</p> <p>See this activate their 3 liters rule, contractually we agreed if they have to refuel the car with 3liters or less then that charge will be for free BUT AND A BIG BUT if they manage to fill it with more than 3 liters, or say 4.33 liters as per my specific case, even though they knowingly fill it beyond the tank's capacity, YOU WILL PAY ALL OF THE 4.33 LITERS AND A LEVY..., no discount for the 3 liters that should be for free.. nope, Hoes pappie... Thrifty het gepraat!</p> <p>Lekker man LEKKER, flippin LEKKER </p> <p>I just hope this may save other honest and solid customers same disappointment, which means you probably will have to instruct the Petrol Attendant when refueling to fill the tank beyond the Manufacturer's recomendation and the actual specified capacity of the tank. Take video, picture etc where you have filled the car to and actually over the designed tank capacity... Regrdless of safety... HUH?</p> <p> </p>
