Lousy rental company - do not support!

On 10 January 2021, I rented a car from Thrifty Car Rental for TWO days. I was informed that a deposit had to be paid that would be returned to me within 3 business days of returning the car. The rental assistant charged me R9575.00 (due to me paying on a debit card). Today it is 22/02/2021 and the deposit has still not been refunded to me, despite me having returned the car in over a month ago. I would strongly advise the public not to hire any vehicles from this company as I have repeatedly called them enquiring about the deposit and it still has not been repaid. Completely unprofessional - I want my MONEY!!!
