LOST TOUCH WITH CLIENTS

This company does not put their clients first, how can an accident be reported at around 16h00 but up to now 00:44, they have not help me with a replacement car or even to come tow the one at the accident scene, you call them, they promise to come back but nothing...they are big *****, here i am no where to go, but they were quick to debit the required access amount for the damaged care...very much disappointed...never use them again.
