Lies begging for my holding deposit

Sending emails on a daily for my refund. The holding deposit imagine begging since End Oct. We in the 2nd week of Nov. The customer service manager from Kempton Park branch is saying refund was paid but error on FNB side. I can't believe in today's day and age. People in these big organizations can still lie. Don't use this company
