I am torn and disappointed by this company that I used to love dearly. I loved this company so much I referred my family and friends who brought in a lot of business, but to be cheated of my refund like this is overwhelming. I rented one of Randburg Thrifty's rental vehicles on Saturday the 26/01/2019 I returned it on Monday the 28/01/2019 and was told that because I use FNB I will receive my R2000 deposit within 2 days its day 3 and when I call the office I am being ignored and being made a fool of I am being referred here and there and no assistance please refund my R2000
