I was billed for additional days rental and was given the explanation that the agent called and extended the rental period. I did not use an agent. Then they said someone else with the same name and rental category called and extended the rental period. a bunch of cheating *****. This was the branch at King Shaka airport. A one star rating is tooooo high. i will never use this rental company again.
