Its not our problem
Less than 24Hrs before arriving in Cape Town on 21 March 2019 a person from the Greenpoint branch phones me and tell me that they cannot help me with a car at 16h that booked in January 2019 because its a holiday and they closes at 15H. The lady said she cannot do anything about it and its my problem. Why wait until 24hrs before I need the car to phone me. Im boarding the train to Cape Town and dont have time to arrange something else.

Please be advised that the rental location will be closing at 15:00 on the 21/03/2019, if it would be possible could you collect the vehicle before 15:00 on the 21/03/2019. Kindly advise should that not be possible and we will arrange for someone to be at the rental location up until 16:00 on the 21/03/2019.
