Invoice Despute

Appalling service from Thrifty Car Rental Branch at Cape Town Airport. They simply don't care and don't even attempt to resolve my complaint. I requested an explanation since the 28th of September 2021 and up to date (01 December 2021) received no feedback to resolve the matter in hand. I was Invoiced for both a Normal AND Super waiver when I rented a car for 2 weeks at Cape Town Airport. I DID NOT REQUESTED ANY SUPER WAIVER..... This after I send countless emails requesting them to provide me with an explanation for additional costs on my Invoice.
