Insight from an Insider (SANI/Thrifty Car Hire)

Appalling company to work for. Basic salary is the lowest while owners of the company buy themselves brand new SUV's. Payday is sometimes way after the 25th. Commission is pathetic. Working conditions are way below average. As an ex-employee I've learned that damages to one vehicle gets charged to 5 different clients (this is how money is made). Most staff won't take care of refund requests (it's all empty promises) because they simply don't care or are too lazy to submit the paper work. Do Not rent from SANI/Thrifty Car Hire, people are better off using Uber. A bad experience in some way is guaranteed. What a Rotten company!
