Incorrectly Billing - Requesting my Refund

Good day,

I made booking Res- ********** 7 and ********** for agreement.

When I got reservation , some part of the invoice was without any price. When I rent the car, that exact parts had got price for them.

The amount for car rental was R1393. when payment was made at the airport R2006 was taken off from the Credit Card, I notice that the was R613 extra that was take from the initial amount of R1393.

I have got printed proof of reservation from Sandton office and original rental agreement .

I have sent email to them. There is no feedback to me.

They don't care customer at all.
