Incorrectly billed

I hired a car from Thrifty Car Rental - OR Tambo Branch. The booking and return went great, as it always does.

After returning the car, Thrifty took money from my account. I enquired what it was for and no one could give me an answer.

I was later assured that my money would be paid back into my account in 14 - 21 days. 35 days later, with repeated calls and emails no refund has been processed.

The staff at the branch sent me from pillar to post until I contacted head office. To date, (over a month later. I am yet to get my money back.
