Incorrect billing - Deposit not returned

I was advised by Rylen ( who was very helpful and informative? at your holding deposit department that my deposit was made as a purchase and not a pending amount. and this was caused that it was a human error He advised me that I would have to wait 7-10 working days for a refund on the error made

I cannot wait that long and I need the funds to be refunded to me immediately since this was an error from your side

Please stop treat ting me like an idiot, at least contact me in this regard. The refund was processed 4 days ago, why is that nothing has reached my mailbox? If there was a refund made can you explain what transpired here... you keep acting as if this issue if being dealt with privately while nothing is being done. I WILL CONTACT THE BANK ONCE I HAVE PROOF THAT IS HAS BEEN PROCESSED ON YOUR SIDE.
