Incorrect amout deducted from account.

My husband hired a car from Thrifty, like he does whenever he goes to JHB. On the weekend I tried to use my card at a shop and it was declined for insufficient funds which I knew was impossible. I then had a look on my account and there was an amount of R6167.07 deducted from my account. I then tried contacting OR Tambo branch and head office and no success. Even submitted a request on the website and 24 hours later no one has called me back. The only way I got hold of them was on facebook. The actual amount that was suppose to be deducted from my account was R 167.07. On the 12th Aug I was told the money was put back into my account, it is now the 13th and the money is still not in my account and my deposit of R2000 is also not back in. This means that I am out of pocket of R8000.00.
