We rented a car from them on the 8th December 2017 (Lanseria Aifport) and was told that my Capitec Credit Card cant be used because its not embossed (which makes it impossible to put a hold on your money). They eventually withdrew R6000 from my account and told me that the money will be transfered back into my account when we return the car. I asked the lady if I should do anything to ensure that this is done, and she assured me it will be activated when the car is returned. The return happened on the 10th and my money is still not back in my account. When we queried this we were told that the hold has been released.... ?? We had to tell them there was no hold on the account and we had to explain the withdrawl ( no notes on the system and clearly no action taken like they had assured us when we made the arrangements????). We are still waiting for R6000 to be transfered with absolutly no idea how long we are still going to wait! I will NOT reccommend them to anyone... rather pay a little more for much better service
