INCOMPETENCE AT THRIFTY
I rented a vehicle from Thrifty OR Tambo Airport and returned it on 01st February 2020. The deposit paid was R9500 due to the fact that i used a debit card. I called on Thursday 06th Feb 2020 to follow-up on the deposit and I was told that they only refund after 7 days. I placed another call earlier today and i was told a different story, that the refunds get done in 14 days.
This is unacceptable.
Why do i have to wait for my money for 14 days?
This information has to be communicated to your Clients by the front desk, as it has impact on your after sale service.
Please refund my money as I don't have time and resources to be pointed in all directions for what is rightfully mine - your car was returned in good order so please pay back my money.

Thank you for trying to give some response.
This is not the first time i rent a vehicle using the debit card and with the other entities refund is done in less than 3 days after returning the vehicle.
Right now all i know is that i want my money i my account.
Your explanation might sound valid from your end but it doesn't hold water.
