if you value peace of mind, never evr do business with Dollar thrify, a bunch of *********** and non-service orientated people

I write as a very frustrated and disgruntled customer, Reservation Number (***).

On the 16th I called your office and a lady by the name of Thembisa was rude to me, refused to assist me, requested to speak to her manager, refused to put me through citing that the Manager Eshla Van Rensburg wont be able to assist me.

I have received nothing but heartache from Dollar Thrifty. This began when I hired a car with the company, when I went to pick it up at the Randburg office as per booking, no one was available at the office and had to return the following day only to find that the car wasn't there and was transported to Sandton and on my way out of Sandton was involved in a car accident.

I then paid an amount of R20 000 as per cover I had taken on the car, fast forward to this year I got a call from Nimble for collections of R26 000. This amount I don't understand considering that I had paid as per my contract. Previously no one from Dollar had informed me of the amount, the only time I learnt of this was from Dollar.

I have since emailed Leslie and Ursula& still have not been assisted.
