I want my refund

I have been always booking with this car rental and i have decided to put a stop. End lf march i got a fine of R150 for over speeding and i was notified after 4 months. I agreed to pay the fine and send proof of payment on 18 july to Charvaine. A day after my payment, dolar thriffty deducted 400R from.my account and Charvaine apologised and gauranteed my refund.

I have been sending emails asking refunds and no responds. Yesterday i threatened them to refund me or i report them, thats when Charvainw responded saying they have already refunded 150R. They will.not refund the R400 since i was charged as admin fee of 250R.

Oh please dollar thriffty, you agreed that i should pay a fine of R150, so why should i pay admin fee.

Can i please have my refund. I paid my 150R fine that we agreed. And next you deducted my R400 again of which you apologised.
