I WANT MY DEPOSIT BACK!!!

I rented a car from PLZ airport on the 28th August 2020 and returned it on the 31 August 2020 with full tank petrol and no issues reported and recorded. On the 4th September 2020 I received an sms saying my deposit (funds) were released into my account. I checked my account daily until the 10th of September, no money was paid back into my account. I even called my banker to verify this, they too, confirmed that the deposit was never paid.

I have called Thrifty on numerous occasions, but there is no assistance. 1. First Call was with a call centre agent who would not give me a reference number for the call nor his name - he took my number and said he would get the relevant department to call me back. No one ever called. 2. I called again, Receptionist kept transferring me to call centre - I held for 45 minutes, she eventually also took my details and said the relevant department would call me. No one ever did. 3. I sent them an email following up. No one ever responded. 4. I complained via twitter, Tonya said someone would call me shortly. No one ever called. 5. It's over a month now, still waiting for my refund and whomever to call me back.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!!! DEPOSIT WAS MEANT TO BE PAID 7 DAYS, AT THE LATEST AFTER I RETURNED THE CAR. I REGRED EVEN PUTTING FULL TANK ON IT! I SHOULD HAVE LEFT THE GAS EMPTY
