Good day, my mother is at the bank at the moment and the so called confirmation of the bank releasing the money does not exist. There is no record of your Thrifty paying back the deposit.

There is no notification or transaction when the deposit is released, as the deposit is held within your account the available balance will increase by the amount released.

I don’t think you read my previous comment thoroughly. My mother went to the bank (the place which will confirm or dispute your theory), they disputed, printed her statement (showing her balance, you know the numbers which reflect on the account) and they assured her that the balance did not increase therefore that would mean (in layman’s terms) there was NO amount released.

So unless you can dispute the findings which are on paper, your company still remains a **** and you will pay my deposit, just wait for it.
