I want my deposit

I would like to complain about a terrible experience I have with thrifty I returned a car last month on the 21st it's been month now they are still holding my deposit. I have been calling their call center and still I haven't received the deposit . I was given an email address I mailed their holdings department I got no response. All I want from this company is my money and I will never use their services again.
