First and last time I will use this company.<br> <br> Didn't get what I booked for.<br> <br> The replacement car was at least 4 years old.<br> <br> The car was dirty on the inside.<br> <br> Returned the said car, still waiting for the deposit to be returned.<br> <br> Called customer service ***) several times. Someone picks up and just hangs up.<br> <br> Eventually got hold of a very rude person who offered no help.<br> <br> Called Greenpoint branch several times, eventually got hold of another rude person who offered no help.<br> <br> I got the impression that this company is disjointed. No one knows anything. The people that know what to do to solve your problem are never in the office and simply unreachable.<br> <br> This has not been a good experience so far. Unfortunately, my deposit is still being held ransom by this company.<br> <br> I should have read other people's reviews before renting from this company.<br> <br> That would have saved me a headache and I would not be here right now.
