I haven’t received my deposit

I hired a car from Dollar Thrifty car rental in April 2023 and I returned their car at the end of April the 30th.After that I waited from them to release the holding deposit into my account .After I waited for so long for my deposit ,I didn’t receive any refund.I contacted them in June to give me my deposit.They said ,they contacted my bank(Nedbank) to release the holding deposit into my credit card account but the bank doesn’t know anything about the holding deposit and they do not see it on their system and they didn’t received any contact from Dollar Thrifty car rental .Since today I haven’t received my deposit .I have been given run arounds by this company saying I must speak to my bank .I told them, I contacted the bank several times and they don’t know anything about holding deposit.
