I demand my money

Aida Skirde This is my 3rd review and demand on hellopeter in addition to 7 emails, phone calls and visit to Thrifty car branch at Johannesburg Airport Good Day Thrifty car rental. Please look at my complaint and refund me my money back. Kindly note, this is NOT covid19 related. I paid for 3 days car hire 16Mar - prior to lockdown and came to collect the car. Your Agent refused to give me car as he explained due to no credit rating. I had to go to look for alternative in the middle of the night to get myself home. I rented from Europcar in the same building at OR Tambo airport. It is almost 1 month and I haven't got my money back from Thrifty. Please expedite my refund. Thank you Aida ***
