I beg you people do not do business with Thrifty Car Rental! They will make your life miserable because of money they want to **** you of.

COVID is really bad it has turned once reputable companies like Thrifty Car Rental into ********/********** of note. These people are charging me for 2 cars when I only rented one vehicle with them and had to change it due their incompetence of giving clients faulty cars (auxi****y battery malfunction) The person who brought the car to me from George to Beaufort West gave me the car already half tank on fuel. The exchange vehicle came without a proper spare wheel. And it doesn’t matter how you fill it with fuel they will still charge you for fuel.

All these mishaps, faults, incompetences were made to fall on me and I was made to pay for them.
