I am irate at the pathetic service by a rip of manager at King Shaka airport Durban

So after hiring a car I spent a day with it and by the next day the brakes had been giving a problem.. rainy day I spent not using the car as I , my wife and mum would be in danger.. living now at the opposite end of town around 67km away from the rental I drove the vehicle back only to return and receive another... Km and petrol cost out of pocket I ask to speak to the manager who said he was on his way to a shopping mall and would call.. 2 days later and no call and update on milaege... This is a manager of a branch of a big organisation who is pathetic in what he does... No calls or feedback from this thieving personality... Upon the rental my amount was taking in full... The comment box on the agreement where I viewed my disappointment seems like it's a waste of ink... I am so upset with this pathetic leader who does not even care about the customer he is ripping of... Paid a day, fuel and KMS for there mess up and not even a call to compensate... This company in my eyes has a pathetic manager and the branch he works at is King Shaka airport Durban
