Horrific experience :(:(when am I going to get my deposit back

This car rental company is a ****, how can my credit card holding deposit be help for 17 day. I rented the car for 4 days and returned. I have been told that my refund was processed on the 15th and still today there is no money in my bank account. I will never them again and will spread the word on multiple delays. They are definately making money from customer's deposits, and could rather change the name of their business.
