Horrible service- Thrifty Car rental Randburg branch

I hired a car on the 1st Dec 2021 from Thrifty Car rental,returned it on the 6th, Randburg branch. I have been waiting for the refund of the deposit to date. Everytime I call, was told it takes 7-14 working days. I made a follow up this morning, only to be told that Randburg never submitted a refund request.
